Wait, really? Well, yes: this works every muscle in your body, but especially your core, which you should use to keep yourself upright and stable – think catwalk, not slouch. The form is easy – head up, shoulders back, back straight, quick steps. Use a pair of reasonably heavy kettlebells and you’ll feel the burn for hours afterwards.
