We’ve been hit by a fabulous heatwave this summer (hurrah!), so cool down with our choice of 5 super-soaker workouts you need in your life.

Research from Baylor University Medical Centre shows that ‘people who take to the water enjoy their workouts more than those who stick to dry land. By providing low-impact resistance, water keeps you from quickly fatiguing, so you can work out longer for bigger burns and fitness gains’. So here’s a list of our favourite water sports you should try this summer.
