Love yoga? Up your game this September with Union Station Yoga’s 30-Day Challenge

Union Station Yoga, a gorgeous studio space based in Lavender Hill, South London, is celebrating its six-month anniversary with this awesome 30-Day Challenge!

The Union Station Yoga challenge consists of 22 days of physical asana and 8 days of taking your practice off the mat. Each week will focus on a new theme, introducing new elements of yoga to old hands and beginners alike. As well as receiving top quality yoga instruction, those who give the challenge a go will also get prizes and treats each week! As if this wasn’t enough of an incentive, Union Station Yoga will be kitting out the class with the latest equipment from top retailers for the ultimate yoga experience.

Each week will see the combination of two Chakra themes, meaning students will have the opportunity to improve their skills both on and off the mat. Week one will focus loosely on Grounding and Acceptance (Muladhara and Svadhisthana Chakras), week two will be Confidence and Love (Manipura and Anahata Chakras). Week three will consist of Communication and Focus (Vishuddha and Ajna Chakras) and week four will finish up with Consciousness and Pure Bliss (Sahaswara Chakra).

Plus, new classes like Gentle Hatha, YogaNidra and Power classes will also be added to the timetable as of September 1, meaning you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing which class to go to!

The challenge costs £99 and includes an unlimited number of classes throughout September. So, what are you waiting for? Sign up here: unionstationyoga.co.uk
