If you’re new to running or have a 5K race on the horizon, we’re here to help. Whether you just want to cross the finish line or want to ace a new personal best, a 6-week training plan should definitely be on the cards – that goes for beginners as well as regular runners – especially if you want to avoid injury at all cost. That’s why we’ve enlisted the help of personal trainer Paul Kenny to help you get in the best shape of your life. Follow his 6-week training plan for beginners or intermediates, and use his top tips to get ready to nail 5K.

Remember to take rests whenever scheduled, even if you’re feeling good.
