Why: You’ll find her at a number of gyms, but Laura’s ethos remains the same: train hard, lift harder. Striking the right balance between tough love and encouraging, her coaching style ensures you’ll hit that PB no matter how big or small. She’s even created her own class at Ministry Does Fitness called LIFTED (@lifted.ldn), which combines honing your lifting technique with strength training and conditioning. Otherwise known as: killing you off.

‘My motto is ‘nothing looks as good as strong feels’,’ she says. ‘My style of training is intense, technical and heavy, but I am passionate about lifting with good form an training sustainably. Your workout doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective, the right mix of strength and conditioning will give you that lean and toned physique, but also develops your functional fitness.’
