Use brussel sprouts in a different way with this sproutini cocktail recipe.

Brussels sprouts are not just for Christmas dinner as this sproutini cocktail recipe from Whiskey Ginger proves.


35ml JJ Whitley Potato Vodka

75ml of the premix

25ml fresh lemon juice

10 ml fresh ginger juice

10ml brown sugar syrup

2 dashes of green Tabasco

Egg White

For the premix:

10 to 12 Brussels sprouts

¼  garlic clove

Black pepper



Make the premix by blending 10 to 12 Brussels sprouts, ¼ clove of garlic, black pepper and water.

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with cubed ice, shake, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with sprout leaves.
