Raspberry banana ‘ice cream’

Anni Kravi’s delicious raspberry banana ‘ice cream’ makes a fantastic porridge topping, or eat it as you would dairy ice cream. The options are endless…

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

200g frozen raspberries

½ large, fresh banana, roughly chopped

Squeeze lemon


Just blend it all in a high-speed blender until smooth.
