Power green smoothie recipe

This power green smoothie recipe is a powerhouse of nutrients. It’s breakfast in a glass, fantastic fuel for workouts and busy (or gloomy) January days! Especially if you have been sticking to your healthy resolutions but need a sweet and delicious alternative to your usual green potions.

Ingredients:

1 banana (frozen or unfrozen)
1 handful spinach
1 Medjool date
1 cup of nut milk
1tbsp nut butter
1tsp super greens powder
A few chlorophyll drops

Method:

Blitz all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
