By adding ingredients such as fruit, yoghurt and nuts to your overnight oats, your mornings will soon be full of flavour.

Top tips from Quaker Oats

Quaker Oats have put together their top tips for making tasty overnight oats. Follow these instructions for the best breakfast ever!

Tip 1

Use a one-to-one ratio of raw oats and your choice of milk, yogurt, or any other dairy substitutes.

Tip 2

Achieve maximum texture with Old Fashion Rolled Oats. Although, we won’t stop you from trying it with Instant or Steel Cut Oats, too!

Tip 3

For best results, let it soak in the fridge for a full eight hours so they can absorb all the liquid. Of course, a few hours is OK too!

Tip 4

Frozen fruit toppings work especially well when soaking overnight – as they ‘thaw’, the delicious juices are released into the oats!

Tip 5

Bring more crunch to your breakfast when you add nuts in the morning rather than soaking them in the night before.
