Ingredients (serves 4)
4 scoops dark chocolate ice cream
4-6tsp Meridian macadamia nut butter
2 Amaretti biscuits, crushed
Method Scoop the ice cream into bowls, drizzle with nut butter and sprinkle with crushed Amaretti biscuits.
