Aperitivo di Passata mocktail

Treat yourself to this vitamin-rich aperitif di passata mocktail – it’s a super-tasty Virgin Mary alternative.

Ingredients

Napolina Passata with Peppers & Chilli

2 limes

¼ nutmeg, grated

Salt

Black pepper

4 tsp sugar  

Method

Juice the limes into a bowl, keeping a slice for decoration.

Pour a carton of passata into a bowl.

Grate in nutmeg and season with salt and pepper.

Stir well then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Wet the rim of a glass and dip into the sugar.

Add the chilled mixture into the glass and serve with a slice of lime.

Try other variations with Napolina Passata with basil, lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce.
