Ready to take the next step to healthy eating? Here are 5 ways to upgrade your fridge.

We’re all creatures of habit and routine – it’s a fact. Just as it takes us 20 years or more to develop our adult personalities, we’re also developing behaviours and habits that’ll stay with us for a lifetime. Unfortunately, some of those habits are not always healthy or helpful to us. Breaking the habit and making changes to the simplest routine can provide us with heaps of benefits. In this instance, making a couple of healthy food swaps on our usual shopping list, whether you want to lose weight or boost your health can really make a difference to achieving results. This is because ‘orange juice is high in the fruit sugar fructose which can lead to weight gain if drank in excess. Beetroot juice on the other hand is crammed with health-boosting antioxidants as a result of the purple pigment contained in beetroot. Studies show that drinking beetroot juice can help to lower blood pressure and even improve stamina during exercise,’ tells registered nutritionist, Louise Pyne.
