Sprinters

Starting in a reverse lunge position, right foot back with knee at 90 degrees, bring your right arm high to 90 degrees with your body. From here, drive the right knee forward up into the air as the right arm comes back past your waist. At the same time, your left foot is leaving the ground. The higher you jump, the harder you’ll work.

Do: 15 reps per side
