This Sunday 25 September, Lorna Jane, founder of the Lorna Jane women’s active lifestyle brand, will be hosting free fitness classes in Shoreditch Park, Londonbetween 10am and 1.30pm.

She first created this initiative in her home of Australia back in 2012 to encourage women to get outside and make their lifestyle as active as possible. Classes at the park will be led by popular instructors and ambassadors for Lorna Jane, such as Lottie Murphy, Paola’s BodyBarre and Tess from London Paleo Girl.

The aim of the event is to inspire people to get their gym gear on, get moving and improve wellbeing. Lorna Jane has been advocating active living for over 20 years, so they know what they’re talking about!

There will also be a pop-up shop packed with Lorna Jane activewear for you to treat yourself to. Make sure you check out the comfy chill-out zone which is the perfect place to relax between the classes, as well as to grab a bite of the post-workout food that will be availableWe’re looking forward to chowing down someKind Bars and rehydrating with Moju cold-pressed juices.

And the best news of all? The event is free to attend! All you have to do is bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a sweat towel and yourself.
