Find your inner warrior with Sensei Beko Kaygee at the Zen Warrior retreat in Guernsey.

The channel island of Guernsey is known for its beautiful, quiet locations. That’s why it’s been chosen as the ideal spot for a three-day weekend of masterclasses led by international fitness and martial arts guru Sensei Beko Kaygee and local yoga company PowerYoga. Running from 24-26 March 2017, this retreat will offer you the chance to learn dynamic yoga, meditation and fitness skills, drawing on various techniques from around the world.

Sensei Beko Kaygee has been in the field of holistic health for over 22 years and adds invaluable knowledge to this one-off experience. The programme includes: Chi Kung (Qigong), a holistic series of exercises that have been passed down through generations in central China; Tribal Yoga, inspired by ancient Egyptian yoga and martial arts with rhythmic tribal movements; Capoeira Fitness, which combines dancing and combat to the beat of the Berimbau and African Drum; Tai Chi Chuan, incorporating a combination of gentle flowing exercises and some more physically demanding ones; and Dynamic Chi Yoga Flow, a programme that fuses healing Chi Kung exercises, postures, stretches and breathing techniques of yoga, and dynamic yet fluid movements from Tai Chi.

The last day will be spent learning skills from Budokon, which is a blend of martial arts, yoga and meditation. Expect to learn unique skills like calisthenics, handstands and floating. Intrigued? Us too…

To make your trip to Guernsey even more appealing, Zen Warrior participants can benefit from special accommodation offers on the island.
