Banana, spinach and passion fruit smoothie
For a speedy brekkie stuffed with goodness, this banana, spinach and passion fruit smoothie ticks all the boxes. The best bit is you can adapt it to suit your tastes – play with flavours such as replacing the spinach with mango and orange, or just add flaxseeds for a health boost.
Ingredients (serves 1)
100g Alpro Simply Plain plant-based alternative to yoghurt
½ passion fruit
Small piece of fresh ginger
Peel and chop the banana, then grate a small amount of ginger and scoop out the passion fruit seeds.
Pop all ingredients in a blender and whizz up until smooth.
