Banana breakfast biscuits

Banana breakfast biscuits? Yes please! Brighten up your morning with oaty goodness.

Ingredients (makes 12)

2 bananas, mashed
100g oats
160ml Alpro Soya Original drink
2 tsp cinnamon
30g pecan or walnuts, chopped
Spoonful of Alpro Simply Plain plant-based alternative to yoghurt
Fresh fruit, to serve

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/gas mark 5.

Mix all of the ingredients together and give the mixture a good stir.

Place the mixture in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm it up.

Remove from the fridge and divide into 12 equal-sized balls (about the size of a walnut).

Place the balls of mixture about 2cm apart on a greased baking tray and push down on each ball with a spoon to flatten slightly.

Bake the breakfast biscuits for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.

Serve with fresh fruit and a splodge of Simply Plain almond yoghurt.
