Sweat X

Prepare to perspire like never before with Sweat X, the class that incorporates the treadmill, floor work and rig to sculpt your body and burn up to 1,000 calories in as little as an hour. The class is split into two 20- to 35-minute sections. For the first 20 minutes you will push yourself through interval training on the treadmill, before switching to conditioning work for the second section of the class. The conditioning half of Sweat X will put to you work with hand weights and pull-up bars. The sense of achievement you’ll feel after completing this class will make every drop of sweat worth it!
