Vintage cosmopolitan

You know you’ve got a fancy cocktail on your hands when the garnish is ‘flamed orange zest’. Wow your summer party guests with this vintage take on a cocktail favourite.

Ingredients

37.5ml Rock Rose

12.5ml Triple Sec

12.5ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Raspberry syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker then add ice and shake until cold.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
