This tasty seabass dish with quinoa, blueberries, mozzarella and veggies is the perfect way to fill up, refuel and give your tastebuds a real treat.

Method

1. Season sea bass with Cajun spices

2. Cook in coconut oil

3. Boil quinoa and add blueberries, mozzarella, red onion, mixed peppers
