Ingredients (serves 2)

For the salad you’ll need…

10 King Prawn Gyoza dinner dumplings

1 large carrot (cut into matchsticks sized pieces)

2 handfuls of thinly shredded Chinese cabbage

A handful of beansprouts

Half a cucumber (sliced into 1/2 moons)

2 sprigs of mint

1tbsp of toasted sesame seeds (optional)

For the peanut dressing you’ll need…

2tbsp of crunchy peanut butter

The juice and zest of half a lime

1tsp of fish sauce

1tbsp of itsu hot-su potsu sauce

Tip! For a different twist why not try a coconut and lime dressing instead? Just add the ingredients to a mini blender, blitz until smooth and season to taste.

For the coconut and lime dressing you’ll need…

2 tbsp of coconut cream

A handful of coriander

The juice and zest of half a lime

A spring onion

Method

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and divide between serving dishes.

Mix the dressing ingredients together until smooth and add a splash of water to loosen.

Pan-cook the Gyoza as per packet instructions and arrange on top of the salad drizzling the dressing to serve.

Finally sprinkle over the sesame seeds for some added crunch.
