High protein frozen yoghurt recipe

Treat yourself post-workout with this high protein frozen yoghurt recipe. As cooling down with an ice-cold treat when the sun is shining is one of our favourite things about summer. But if health and fitness goals are at the top of your priorities regardless of the temperature, you’ll want to give this healthy alternative a try. It uses 0% fat Quark cheese and protein powder and is super easy to whip up. You’re welcome!

Ingredients

40g MaxiNutrition Vanilla Promax

4tbsp 1% fat milk

2tbsp honey

250g Quark cheese

220g frozen summer fruits

Method

Take a blender and add all the ingredients.

Blitz while the fruit is still frozen until the mixture is nice and smooth.

Separate the mixture into freezer-proof containers.

Leave in the freezer for one to two hours to firm up then enjoy.

If frozen for longer, defrost for a short while, until ready to eat.
